Wunderlist will do just that for you and more! Jotting down what I need to get done and checking off each completed task feels good. So wouldn’t it be nice to have a little extra push to help us achieve our goals? There are a ton of motivational ways to go about doing this, but one of my favorites – and one of the classics – is a simple to-do list. But how often do we really stick to those resolutions? Only about 10% of people that make a resolution achieve it by the end of the year. It’s a new year! A time we make goals to start off the year in hopes of being healthier, more productive, and having better relationships.
